Overview

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks for purchases made on GiftedTune at https://giftedtune.com/. This policy is part of our agreement with you, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By making a purchase on GiftedTune, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in the current billing period.

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, you may request a refund within 3 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any credits from the new billing period.

Credit Packages

One-time credit package purchases may be refunded according to usage:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Purchases made more than 30 days ago are not eligible for any refund, regardless of usage.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit our Contact page at https://giftedtune.com/contact and include the following information in your message:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Order or transaction ID, if available
  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including but not limited to generating prohibited content involving minors, celebrities, or illegal content
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed with a bank or credit card company without first contacting our support team
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Purchases where more than 80% of credits have been used
  • Free credits, promotional credits, bonuses, or free trial credits

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favor, your account may be reinstated at our discretion, but credits or subscription benefits consumed during the dispute period will not be restored.

Charges from GiftedTune may appear on your statement under the billing descriptor associated with our payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at https://giftedtune.com/contact before disputing it with your bank.

Service Outages and Technical Issues

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end, and not because of prohibited content filtering, the credits consumed by the failed generation will be automatically refunded to your account. In the event of an extended service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, subscription users may be eligible for a pro-rata credit extension. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Significant changes may be communicated by email to registered users. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the updated policy.
